The Emporium is now home to Merripennies (a jewelry store that has been on the Canton Square for years) and continues it tradition of selling all types of jewelry from unique artist jewelry to fun fashion (costume) jewlery all at great prices!

Merripennies offers 100's of Different types of Necklaces, Bracelets, Earrings, Rings, Pendants, Sunglasses, Hats, Ladies Accessories and More!

Merripennies also carries original one-of-a-kind jewelry by local artist Pam Warren with Necklaces priced from $15 to $45.

Kids Pottery Workshop at The Emporium (ages 5 to 14)

Kids will enjoy the interactive nature of this class that will have them create a couple of their own pottery pieces just in time for Easter.

Faux Finishing Class

This class will be led by the well-known artist Cherry Rountree, who has been doing faux finishing professionally for the last 16 years. See the events tab for more info.

Creating Your Own Terrarium

Saturday, Nov. 3 (3 pm - 6 pm)

This interactive workshop on Creating Terrariums will be led by Canton's very own "Gardening Angel" Deloris Townes.

Deloris will show you special tricks and techniques on creating and maintaining a successful terrarium.

Photography Workshop at The Emporium!

TBA - Sat., April - 10 am - 1 pm

A "hands-on" photography workshop led by photo artist Lisette Otero-Lewis with photo taking around the Historic Canton Square along with discussions concerning lighting, motion, proper framing and other issues that affects the photo taking process.
